How to Create Orders

Load Order

• Step 1: Go to the “Dashboard” Tab in the web app.
• Step 2: Click on the “Create Load Order” button
• Step 3: Input the necessary details for the load
• Step 4: Click on “Add Another Product” to create a load of another product from the same terminal. If you need to create another load from a different terminal, you can click on “New Load Order (Add Terminal)”

Delivery Order

• Step 1: Go to the “Dashboard” Tab in the web app.
• Step 2: Click on the “Create Order” button
• Step 3: Choose the customer and ship-to/ asset and click Create order
• Step 4: Enter the delivery order details and create the delivery order

Delivery + Load Order

Recurring Order

• Step 1: Go to the ‘orders’ tab on the web
• Step 2: Click on the Recurring Order Button on the drop-down menu
• Step 3: Click on “add new recurrence” to add recurring orders manually or “import recurring orders” to import orders from a CSV file
• Step 4: Input the necessary details for the recurring schedule

Right-click on the created orders to either edit, copy, or delete the orders. Also, you can select the boxes and click on the “delete” button

Transfer Order

Schedule a Transfer

• Step 1: Go to the ‘dashboard’ tab on the web
• Step 2: Click on the “schedule a transfer” button
• Step 3: Input the necessary details for the transfer
