How to add a new customer?

  • Step 1Go to the “Customers” tab.
  • Step 2Click on the “Add Customer” button at the top right corner of the page.
  • Step 3Fill in all the details for customer creation and click on the Create button to create a new customer


Customer Ship-To’s

How to Add Customer Ship-To's?

  • Step 1: Go to the “Customers” tab.
  • Step 2: Click on the customer you want to add shipto in. It will direct you to the “Ship-To's” tab of the customer.
  • Step 3: Click on the add ship-to button at the top right corner of the page.
  • Step 4: Fill in all the details for ship-to creation and click on the create button to create a new ship-to.


How to Add Default Customer Notes/Delivery Instructions for a customer shipto?

  • Step 1: Go to the “Customers” tab.
  • Step 2: Click on the customer with the shipto you want to add customer notes for.
  • Step 3:  For an already created customer, right-click on the customer’s ship-to name and choose edit. For a new ship-to, the delivery instructions are part of the details in the ship-to creation.
  • Step 4: Add the delivery instructions for the driver to view when doing deliveries on the driver app


How to Add a Customer Point of Contact (POC)

Method 1: At the Ship-to level 

  • Step 1: Right-click on the created ship-to and choose edit to edit the POC details. When creating a new ship-to, the POC details can be filled in at this stage.
  • Step 2: At the point of contact section, click on the add a new point of contact button to add a new POC.
  • Step 3: Fill in all the mandatory detail needed for the creation of a new POC for this ship-to.


Method 2: At the Preference level

  • Step 1: Click on the preference tab to add a new POC for the customer.
  • Step 2: Fill in all the mandatory detail needed for the creation of a new POC for this customer


Customer Assets

How to Add Customer Assets

  • Step 1: Click on the assets tab under the customer window to add a new asset for the customer.
  • Step 2: Click on the add asset button at the top right corner of the page.
  • Step 3: Fill in all the mandatory detail needed for the creation of a new asset for this customer and click on the create button to save the details.


How to Move Customer Assets

  • Step 1: Right-click on the created asset that you want to move to another customer/ship-to
  • Step 2: Search and select the customer and the ship to you want to move the asset to
  • Step 3: Click on the move button to move the asset to the selected location


How to Delete Customer Assets

  • Step 1:  Right-click on the created asset that you want to delete.
  • Step 2: Choose the delete option to delete the customer asset from the system
